UPDATE: SEPT 30 2021- New government regulations require that ALL
THOSE IN ATTENDANCE MUST WEAR A MASK AND BE FULLY VACCINATED. You will need to show your proof of vaccination at the door as well as a government ID (license/passport/birth certificate/Medicare card etc). UPDATE: June 15 2021 - Preparations are on to present a safe Gala on October 16, 2021 in Miramichi. In order to have proper social distancing we plan to present two full Gala events. Each will feature a banquet, induction ceremonies and gala concert. All 2020/21 inductees will be there for each event and each concert will feature a variety of performers. You won’t miss out on anything!

Everyone’s health and welfare must come first and all rules must be followed. We are planning ahead for the event with this new format.

We apologize for this inconvenience but with having two separate events this year, we need to reissue tickets that will be colour coded to reflect either the afternoon or evening event. We must be careful that all Covid-19 safety protocols are followed.
When returning your tickets you must:
1. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
2. Be sure to include your name, mailing address, phone number and email.
3. Inform us of dietary issues. Gluten, allergies, lactose intolerance etc.
4. Choice of event. The afternoon session or the evening session.
We really need to spread folks out through the two sessions. If your group is larger in size we are requesting that some attend the afternoon and some the evening sessions. This is to try and accommodate the most being able to attend as a whole.
5. Inform us of the names of each person in your party.
6. The venue will allow a bubble of up to 6 persons to sit together at a single table. We have tables for groups of either 2 persons, 3-4 persons or 5-6 persons. You must also let us know who will be at the Afternoon and who at the Evening sessions.
You will not be seated with anyone outside of your bubble.
For the concert you will be seated with the same bubble of guests that you sat with for the banquet. We must honour the bubble.
Should the Covid-19 situation in October require us to cancel the event, everyone will receive a refund for their tickets.
May Persons From Outside of New Brunswick Attend the Gala?
As of now, the answer to that is no. For many this will be a major disappointment but current regulations by the Province of New Brunswick will not allow for visitors for our event.
We will be keeping an eye on the situation as things many change in the coming months. Keep in mind that even if folks from outside of New Brunswick are allowed at a later date, there may be a 14 day isolation required or proof of a Covid test. Please follow all regulations and help us keep all attendees safe.

Do I Need to Be Vaccinated to Attend?
At this moment, this is not a requirement of the Province of NB. We do not know if this will be a requirement at a future time.

Will I Need to Wear a Mask?
We don’t know what the regulations will be at the time regarding masks. Current regulations are that you do not need to wear a mask while eating your meal. You will need to wear a mask at other times. We will keep up to date on regulations.
